Satoshi Tajiri

Is a Japanese videogame designer, creator of Pokémon When video game company Nintendo brought out its Game Boy product, Satoshi introduced them to his project, the leaders accepted it but did not show great enthusiasm. The idea, based on the insects that collected as a child, was to trap and collect monsters, which was novel at the time. While the idea of exchanging them came when Tajiri watched two children playing the Game Boy near each other. It was not until Shigeru Miyamoto, the creator of "Super Mario Bros." appeared, that the project was not dynamized. Miyamoto became a kind of teacher for Tajiri, who as a tribute called Shigeru (Blue) to rival Satoshi (Red), the main characters of this first version of the game Pokémon.
